 Processing & Handling Time

We understand that you want your jewelry as soon as possible. Once an order is placed, our team immediately begins processing it.

  • Order Handling Time: All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2 to 5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST will be processed on the same business day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends/holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

 Transit Time & Delivery

Once your package has been handed over to our carrier, the estimated transit time is typically 3 to 7 business days for domestic shipments.

  • Tracking: As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.
  • Delays: While we strive to meet these estimates, please allow for potential slight delays due to carrier volume, weather conditions, or customs processing for international destinations.

 Shipping Rates

We believe in keeping things simple and generous.

  • United States: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders shipped to addresses within the United States. There is no minimum purchase required.
  • International: For customers outside the US, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the package.

 Taxes & Duties

Transparency is key to our service.

  • Sales Tax: Abiotp does not charge any sales tax on our products. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
  • Customs & Import Duties: For international orders, please note that any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees levied by your country’s government are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

 Shipping Addresses

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer at the time of purchase.
  • We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.
