 Important Shipping Warning
Please strictly follow the return address provided by our customer service team. Do not send items back to the original shipping address found on the package or any business address listed online. Returns sent to unauthorized addresses will not be received, and the refund may not be processed.

Return Shipping Costs

The responsibility for return postage depends on the reason for the return:

  • Merchant Responsibility: If the return is due to a quality problem (e.g., the item is damaged, defective, or the wrong model was sent), abiotp.store will bear the cost of the return postage.
  • Customer Responsibility: If the return is due to personal preference (e.g., you simply do not like the item) or if you purchased the wrong item by mistake (Customer Remorse), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund according to the following terms:

  • No Restocking Fees: We believe in transparency. We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
